Watch our video on mental health and stigma
1 in 4 people are likely to experience a mental health problem every year.
This group focuses on mental health and wellbeing, and how to improve mental health services in the city.
We look at a wide range of issues in the city. Some of our recent project work has focused on the food and drink at our local mental health hospital, Service user experiences of treatment of self-harm and suicide at our local A&E, and the creation of a short film about mental health stigma in Brighton & Hove, in collaboration with Brighton University.
Meetings are held monthly in central Brighton. Dates of meetings are all listed in the LINk calendar. If you would like to come along to a meeting please contact us, the meetings are open to attend to everyone, regardless of experience. If you have something to say about mental health in Brighton and Hove, however big or small, please contact us.
