The Patient Participation Directed Enhanced Service (DES) for GP practices aims to promote engagement of patients through the use of effective Patient Reference Groups (PRGs) and to seek views from practice patients through the use of a local patient survey.

What can the LINk do to help your practice?

• we can promote your group in our monthly newsletter
• we can offer a patient empowerment session to your PPG which will help attract more patients
• we can speak at one of your PPG meetings to tell them about LINk and how they can get involved in wider decision making

We won't charge for any of these services, all we ask is that you display our LINk poster and leaflets in a prominent position and sign-up to our free newsletter. Email Claire or call  her on 01273 810 234 for more information.
